About Us
Partners with secondary schools to embed Ethos Teams made up of an Ethos Leader, Youth Worker and Family Support Worker. The teams provide lessons, interventions, enrichment, family support and wellbeing work within the school itself, helping remove barriers to learning and strengthen student outcomes. The programme currently operates across 15 schools in four multi-academy trusts and reaches more than 15,000 students and their families.
